Oculus has received reports of facial skin irritation associated with Quest 2 in the area where the headset foam interface makes contact with your skin. We are investigating the possible source(s) of the irritation. This irritation is different from the normal pressure marks people sometimes experience after a VR session. While the reports do not indicate a serious or lasting reaction, this customer experience does not meet our high standards. If you have experienced any skin irritation in the area of the Quest 2 foam interface or have questions, please contact support.
