You can download new content from the Oculus Store on your phone or directly on your Oculus Go. Whenever you buy or download something, it’ll show up in your Oculus Library.
To download new content:
From your Oculus Go:Note: If you experience trouble downloading new content to your Oculus Go, put your Oculus Go headset on and check the Not Installed section of your Library to view content you've added or purchased that hasn't finished downloading yet.
If you're unable to download new apps or transfer files to your Oculus Go, you may not have enough storage space left on your headset.

To open Oculus TV on your Quest 2 or Quest:
Bring up your universal menu by pressing the Oculus button on your right Touch controller.
Select to open your apps panel.
Select TV to launch Oculus TV.
You can watch TV from the following apps directly in Oculus TV:
Facebook Watch : Watch Facebook videos, including Facebook shows, videos from friends and Pages you follow and top live and recommended videos. You can also revisit the videos you've watched or shared on Facebook.
Pluto TV: Watch free TV and movies in VR. You can watch over 100 live channels and thousands of movies from NBC, CBS, Bloomberg, Paramount and Warner Brothers and exclusive channels like Pro Wrestling Channel, Anime All Day, Food TV, and live college sports channels.
Red Bull TV: Watch live events, action sports, and music and entertainment videos from world adventurers. Red Bull channels include Music, Snow, GoPro, Bike, Water, Esports and more.
Neverthink TV: Watch a variety of videos from the internet. Neverthink TV Channels include LOL, Comedy, Learn Something, Memes, World Cup, WTF, and YOLO.

Notes:
Pluto TV, SHOWTIME and SHOWTIME ANYTIME are only available in the US.
You must be 18 years or older to use Pluto TV and Neverthink TV.
Facebook Watch requires logging in with your Facebook account.
If you log into your Oculus device with your Facebook account, you'll automatically be logged into Facebook Watch.
An account for Pluto TV is not required. To create or log into a Pluto TV account:
Open the Oculus TV app, then press Channels.
Press the Pluto TV app.
If prompted, install the Pluto TV app.
From the left menu, select Activate and follow the onscreen instructions.
To view your own photos or videos that you've saved on your Quest 2 or Quest headset:
Bring up your universal menu by pressing the Oculus button on your right Touch controller.
Select to open your apps panel.
Select TV to launch Oculus TV.
Select Your Media to view photos and videos you have saved on your headset.
Using the casting feature, you can stream what you see in VR from your Oculus Quest 2, Quest, or Go headset. Choose your headset below to learn more.
Before casting, make sure your Oculus Quest and Chromecast device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Keep in mind that some apps for Oculus Quest do not allow casting functionality.
Casting to your computer
On your computer, open a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser window and go to oculus.com/casting and log-in with your account.
Press on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
Select Sharing .
Select Cast.
Select Computer then select Next.
If you don't see your computer listed, please confirm that your headset and computer are on the same WiFi network.
Select Done.
You should now be able to see your headset view in your browser window.
Casting to your phone from your Quest 2 or Quest:
Press on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
Select Sharing .
Select Cast from the Sharing menu.
Select Oculus app from the list of devices you want to cast to, then select Next.
Select Start from the in-VR prompt.
On your phone, select the notification to open the Oculus app and begin casting.
If you already have the Oculus app open on your phone, select Start Casting from the in-app prompt.
Casting from your Oculus Quest headset to casting enabled devices:
Turn on your Oculus Quest headset and put it on.
From the Universal Menu, select Sharing.
Select Cast from the Sharing menu.
Choose the device you want to cast to.
Select Start from the in-VR prompt.
Casting to your phone from the Oculus app:
Open the Oculus app on your phone.
Select from the top right of your screen.
Under CAST FROM, select the headset you'd like to cast from.
Make sure it says Connected under your listed headset.
Under CAST TO, select This Phone or the Chromecast device you want to use.
Tap Start at the bottom of your screen, put on your headset and accept the in-VR prompt to start casting.
TVs with built-in Chromecast or other smart functionality may be supported, but compatibility cannot be guaranteed with all models.
Your Quest and your Chromecast device all need to be on the same Wi-Fi network.
If you'd like to control what you see on your Chromecast device, you'll want to have Google Home installed on a mobile device and connected to the same Wi-Fi.
Your network should allow P2P connections.
A red dot in the upper right corner of your view in VR will indicate you've started casting. You can stop casting from within VR or from the Oculus app by selecting the back button in the top left of your casting screen.
To stop casting from your Oculus Quest headset:
Select Sharing from the bottom menu.
Select Cast from the sharing menu.
Select Stop Casting from the in-VR prompt.
You may experience issues casting and recording simultaneously.
Casting will automatically return you to the Home screen in VR. Once you've started casting, you'll need to return to the app or experience you were originally in prior to casting.
Exiting or minimizing the Oculus app will interrupt casting.
Casting may increase battery usage or degrade in-app performance.

The PIN that you create for your account is used to verify your identity and to streamline purchasing in the Oculus store. Because the PIN is associated with your account, all of your Oculus devices share the same PIN.
