You can follow the steps below to check on the order status of a recently purchased product.

If you purchased with a logged-in Oculus account:

  1. Log in to your Oculus account.
  2. Click on your account icon in the top right and click .
  3. Go to My Orders > From here, you'll see all of your orders. Click on the specific order you're trying to track.
  4. After clicking on your order, the order status and tracking information for the specific order will be shown.

If you purchased as a guest:

  1. Locate your order from Oculus in your email.
  2. Click on your Order Number link > Clicking the link will take you to the Oculus website, notifying you that an email will be sent with your order information.
  3. Navigate back to your email and open Your Oculus Order > Click on the link provided to access your order information.
  4. From here, you'll see the order status for your purchased item.
