You can follow the steps below to check on the order status of a recently purchased product.
If you purchased with a logged-in Oculus account:
- Log in to your Oculus account.
- Click on your account icon in the top right and click .
- Go to My Orders > From here, you'll see all of your orders. Click on the specific order you're trying to track.
- After clicking on your order, the order status and tracking information for the specific order will be shown.
If you purchased as a guest:
- Locate your order from Oculus in your email.
- Click on your Order Number link > Clicking the link will take you to the Oculus website, notifying you that an email will be sent with your order information.
- Navigate back to your email and open Your Oculus Order > Click on the link provided to access your order information.
- From here, you'll see the order status for your purchased item.
