Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Orders Not Yet Shipped and Received

You can cancel your order prior to entering the “processing” phase (usually within 1-2 business days of purchase). The “processing“ phase is when your order has been assigned a product and is preparing to ship.

If, under special circumstances, you are granted a refund in the “processing” or “shipping” phase, any refunds will not include the shipping fees paid if the product had shipped as Oculus VR will incur the costs of recalling the item and having it returned to our distribution center.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact support.oculus.com and one of our support agents will assist you.

For Orders Shipped and Received

Please note, that per our "Terms of Sale" agreed to when making a purchase via the Oculus VR Order Page, all sales are final, with the only exception being noted in section 3.6 of the Terms of Sale wherein the purchased product has not yet shipped (described in the section above). Replacement products will be offered if there is a defect found within the return period, but no refunds will be offered.
